Broccoli and Rice Casserole
1 tablespoon oil
1 package frozen, broccoli cuts
1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
1 cup water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz (regular or jalapeno)
2 large bags of Success Rice (COOKED)
Saute broccoli and onion (optional) in oil until thawed. Add water and simmer. Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and Cheez Whiz. Stir and simmer until well blended. Add COOKED rice and stir. Put in large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cover it
Double recipe for a lot of people
If you have SMALL electric skillet, cook one at a time.

Stuffed Green Peppers
5 medium green peppers
Boiled salted water (1/2 tsp salt)
1/2 pound ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
Cut inside of peppers and remove all seeds
Cook in boiled water 5 minutes
Drain.
Mix rest ingredients
Stuff slightly with mixture
Bake 350
Bake covered 45 minutes
Baker uncovered 15 minutes more.


Fruit Salad
1 large can of fruit cocktail
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 can coconut (optional)
1 can chunky pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
1 medium tab of cool whip
Drain all cans of fruit
Gradually add cool whip and mix
